FAQ

Why am I getting Error Monitoring Product?

  • The quantity you've set for your task is too high and the bot cannot cart

My tasks are stuck on Generating PX / Starting, what do I do?

  • Restart the tasks until they go through, or try to change proxies if the issue persists

Why did my orders get cancelled?

Walmart CA cancels usually happens for a few reasons:

  1. They've oversold. (Which happens frequently)

  2. Your card issuer has declined the transaction

  3. You've purchased multiples when there's a quantity restriction for the product (ex. PS5 consoles)

Why does my task status say Failed to Encrypt Card?

  • The proxies you are using are not working

What price check should I set?

  • Usually $5-10 above its subtotal should be good. You can find the retail price of the product you are looking to buy on the WMCA app.

When should I start my tasks?

  • Walmart CA drops usually happens at around 5am EST on weekdays for cards. You may schedule your tasks to start 2-3 minutes prior. For PS5s, it's around midnight however Ominous is not guaranteed to work on them since they put up a special type of bot protection when they drop.
